Turnkey Solutions Scope

We provide the Turnkey Solutions Service for all parts (assembly part from customer), this may include robots with Grippers, standalone machines etc.

The main priority is that all parts must be 100% verified before and after the process to ensure all parts are 100% complete.

The scope of  work detail :

Commisioning and getting the part to 100% PIST

The Turnkey Solutions Service most important is the final home-line stage :

Home-line tryout and final approval, normal the home-line tryout consists in 3 separate runs, the first run is performed by out team.

The 2nd and 3rd runs must be done by the customer, for each run there is a defined check list, and the main check points are below:

1ST Run    Functioning of all equipment and interfaces

Sensors and protection in Place

No Clamping interference

Produce 30 parts

Part Dimensional to be 100% within Spec

No safety issues

2ND Run  Produce around 100~200 parts

At maximum speed

Ppk > 1.66  ( 30 Parts )

No Safety Issues

OEE > 50%

3RD Run  Production run of around 100~200 parts in Auto mode

At maximum speed

Ppk > 1.66 and all measure points in spec ( 30 Parts )

No Safety Issues

OEE > 85%
